The Hôtel Westminster's Le Céladon is a one Michelin Star Paris restaurant known for its outstanding cuisine and exceptional service. The menu offers fine French food that has been perfected by the creative talent of Executive Chef Christophe Moisand and his team.
Adorned with shades of pale green, accents of Céladon porcelain, crystal and silk, our superb restaurant pays homage to the French Regency style, with an Asiatic touch. Le Céladon is open from Monday to Friday, offering both lunch and dinner in an elegant and intimate setting.
Le Petit Céladon -
At the weekend, Le Céladon is transformed into Le Petit Céladon and adopts a livelier weekend spirit. The service and the décor of our restaurant both become more relaxed, and the atmosphere becomes more like that of a warm and elegant family home. As for the cuisine, Christophe Moisand playfully mixes traditional cooking with modernity to offer a menu that never fails to delight.
Le Petit Céladon is open on Saturday and Sunday for lunch and dinner.
The Duke's Bar -
The Duke's Bar - with its monumental fireplace, green club chairs, wooden mahogany tables and paneling, offers all the stately elegance of an English club. The beautiful library, black and white photographs and portraits of English writers give The Duke's Bar an air of history, tradition and warmth.
Pay The Duke's Bar a visit to sample mouth-watering cocktails, which are prepared by our Chief Barman, Gérard; a true artist who brings his own personal touch to old-fashioned cocktails, short drinks and long drinks from another century.
A pianist provides live entertainment from Thursday to Saturday from 6:30 to 9:30pm, offering the perfect accompaniment to cocktails, while a jazz duo entertains our guests every Friday and Saturday from 10:30pm to 12:30am.
The Duke's Bar is open every day for cocktails and light meals for lunch and dinner.
